Srinagar: In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, terrorists fired upon two non-local labourers, in south Kashmir's Anantnag district last evening.

According to police, both the labourers, one hailing from Bihar & another from Nepal, were working at a private school at Bon Dialgam village.

Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Kashmir Vijay Kumar termed the incident as a cowardice & inhumane act of terrorism. He said the victims were called by

a terrorist to come out to engage in a work and were fired upon with the pistol.

He said police is investigating the incident on top priority and assured that the culprit would be brought to justice soon. The injured labourers have been shifted to hospital for specialised treatment.

Meanwhile, the area has been cordoned off and a massive manhunt has been launched to nab the assailants involved in the terror attack.
