Two terrorist killed in encounter with security forces in J&K

Two terrorists were killed in an encounter with a joint team of security forces in Imam Sahib area of Shopian district in south Kashmir on Friday morning. 

An army jawan was also wounded in the encounter. 

Security sources said that a gunfight raged after



security forces launched a cordon and search operation on the basis of a tip-off about the presence of terrorists in the area. 

Pulwama and Shopian districts under Anantnag Parliamentary Constituency are going to polls on Monday.
