Two terrorists killed by security forces in Jammu Division

In Jammu and Kashmir, two terrorists were killed in an encounter with security forces in Kathua district yesterday. The Rising Star Corps of Army in a social media post said, a gunfight broke out between security forces and terrorists in the upper reaches of Basantgarh on the border of Udhampur and Kathua districts in Jammu division earlier in the



day. 

Upon receiving the information about the presence of terrorists in the region, security personnel reached Basantgarh and cordoned off the area. The hiding terrorists opened fire on personnel, following which the security forces retaliated, in which two terrorists were neutralized. Reinforcements have been rushed to the forest area.
