Union Minister Amit Shah reaches Srinagar

Union Home Minister Amit Shah reached Srinagar last evening. He was received by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah at Srinagar Airport. Senior BJP leader and Chairperson of the Jammu and Kashmir Waqf Board, Dr Darakshan Andrabi, also welcomed Union Home Minister Amit Shah at Srinagar Airport.

Abdullah, visited the residence of Deputy Superintendent of Police Humayun Muzamil, who was one among the four officers who lost their lives in the line of duty during an encounter with terrorists in south Kashmir’s Kokernag area on 13 September 2023. Amit Shah held meetings in the Raj Bhawan later in the evening and interacted with individuals and delegations
