Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh to launch web portal for monitoring Special Campaign 3.0

Union Minister of State for  Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions  Dr Jitendra Singh will today launch a  dedicated web portal- https://scdpm.nic.in for monitoring the Special Campaign 3.0. The Government has announced Special Campaign 3.0 from the 2nd to the 31st of  October this year with a focus on Swachhata and reducing pendency in Government Offices with a saturation approach. 

The Special Campaign 3.0 will focus on field and outstation offices responsible for service delivery or having a



public interface. Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances is the Nodal Department for the implementation of this Campaign.

The Special Campaign 3.0 will be preceded by a preparatory phase from the 15th to the 30th of September 2023. On the occasion,  the Special Campaign 3.0 Guidelines and Special Campaign Progress from December 2022-July 2023 and Monthly Report of Secretariat Reforms for June-July, 2023 will also be released.
