Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar Chairs High-Level Meeting At DVC Headquarters In Kolkata

Union Minister of Power Manohar Lal Khattar yesterday chaired a high level meeting in Kolkata at Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) headquarters. Khattar has told that DVC is the first river multipurpose project in India and it is contributing to the development of the country. DVC chairman S. Suresh and other high level officials were present in the



meeting. Minister stressed to increase the share of renewable energy in the power sector.

The Minister also joined a ‘BJP after-poll review meeting’ in the city. BJP state president and Union minister of state Education Dr. Sukanto Majumdar was also present in the review meeting.
