UP CM Yogi Adityanath to hold 1st Cabinet meeting tomorrow

The first Cabinet meeting of Yogi government will be held in Lucknow tomorrow. 

This was stated by Health and Family Welfare Minister Sidharth Nath Singh in Allahabad yesterday. The Cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister Adityanath Yogi, is likely to take up several key issues including a loan waiver for farmers. 

During recent assembly polls, BJP had promised to wave off



agricultural loans of farmers in the first cabinet meeting after coming to power.Even Prime Minister Narendra Modi had declared at an election rally that if BJP comes to power, he will ensure that government in its first cabinet meeting takes decision to waive of farmers' loan. 

Farm loan waiver was one of the key promises of BJP, which swept to power with two-third majority in the state.
