UP Govt announces judicial inquiry of Sangam incident

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has ordered judicial inquiry over the incident that occurred at Sangam Ghat in Mahakumbh, Prayagraj. 

Talking to media, Mr Adityanath said that the three-member judicial commission will look



into the entire matter and submit its report to the state government. He also announced financial assistance of 25 lakh rupees each to the families of the deceased who have lost their lives in the incident.
