UP govt issues fresh instructions to contain Coronavirus

Uttar Pradesh government has issued fresh instructions and measures to contain Coronavirus. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is constantly monitoring the situation. Vaccination in the state is progressing as per Centre's guidelines. During the last 24 hours, 1032 new cases of Covid 19  infection were detected in the state;  previous day the number of new cases found was 836.  

The number of active cases has also increased to  5,824.  The recovery rate of Covid-19 in the state is 97.6 percent. Additional Chief Secretary Health  Amit Mohan Prasad told that  1 lakh 44 thousand 839 samples were tested yesterday and a total



of 3 crore 42 lakh 60 thousand 584 samples have been tested so far.

A total of 43,93,802 people have taken the first dose of the vaccine so far and  10,09,111 people have also administered the second dose of vaccine.

There are a clear directive by the government that no public programs will be done without the permission of the district administration and strict action will be taken against those who do not use social distance and masks. The government has appealed to all the people coming from other provinces to get checked the Covid-19 before going their homes.
