Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Police on Thursday arrested two accused in Lakhimpur kheri violence case in which 8 people died on Sunday. IG of Lucknow zone Lakshmi Singh told media that, police teams are looking out for Ashish Mishra, who is named in the FIR. Police yesterday arrested two accused namely Lavkush and Ashish Pandey and interrogating them.

Earlier in the morning, state formed an one member



commission for the investigation of Lakhimpur violence. Retired Justice of Allahabad High court Pradeep Kumar Srivastava will  investigate the Lakhimpur violence. The commission will submit its report in 2 months. Lakhimpur police day before yesterday made an appeal to the people to come forward and share the information if they have any, in relation with the violence.
