In Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has so far paid no attention to the demand made by state president Shivpal Yadav to sack Pawan Pandey, who was expelled from the party for six years. Political experts, however, say that Consitutionally Pawan Pandey may continue as Minister as he is member of the Legislative Assembly.
But, they say technically, he should not be allowed to continue as the minister since he has been expelled him from the primary membership of the very same party which is in power in the state. No truce clearly emerged between the Chief Minister and state Shivpal Yadav who vacated his official bungalow yesterday.
Meanwhile, Akhilesh

Yadav released a video yesterday showing him as a leader who has been busy all these years making development for the poor and marginalised. On the other hand, Shivpal Yadav said Samajwadi party is seriously contemplating to form a Mahagathbandhan to keep the communal forces at bay during next assembly elections.
Amid rife speculation of reinstatement of sacked ministers including Shivpal, the Chief Minister met the Governor Ram Naik in Lucknow last evening. On the other hand, party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav kept meeting his close aides and senior ministers but the air is still not clear on several issues including relations between Mr Akhilesh and Mr Shivpal.
