UP to impose night curfew from tomorrow

Lucknow: Amid rising Omicron cases, the Uttar Pradesh government has decided to impose a night curfew in the state from Christmas. The night curfew in UP will be in force from 11 pm to 5 am from December 25.

It has also capped the number of people allowed at weddings at 200. Covid protocols



will have to be followed at all times at events, UP CM Yogi Adityanath has instructed.

The night curfew in UP calls for a halt on public movement from 11 pm to 5 am.

So far, India has recorded 346 cases of Omicron.
