Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami launches Agniveer recruitment in Pauri

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami launched the Agniveer recruitment under the Agneepath scheme at Kotdwar in Pauri district yesterday. He said that the state government will provide employment to the agniveers who completed their tenure under the Agneepath scheme.

Chief Minister said that the Central Government has started this scheme in the interest of the youth and this scheme will prove to be meaningful for every youth. He



said that the Agneepath scheme has been supported by everyone from the youth of the state to the ex-servicemen.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister also honored the ex-servicemen and families of the martyrs.

Under the Agneepath scheme, Agniveer Recruitment Rally will start on August 19 for 7 districts of the Garhwal division in Kotdwar. About 70 thousand youth have registered for this.
