The Uttarakhand high court on Thursday ordered the police to seize EVMs used in the recently concluded assembly polls.
The court has directed the police to seize the EVMs based on the complaint filed by opposition party Congress



alleging tampering.
The BJP has won 57 seats in the 70-member assembly and the Congress finished with 11 seats.
The party had won 21 seats in 2012, but gained 26 more seats in 2017 assembly polls pushing the tally to 57.
