Vidarbha Auto driver's son Azharuddin Qazi is now an IAS officer

Auto driver's son Azharuddin became an IAS officer, working hard in poverty and fulfilled his father's dream.

Azharuddin has achieved success. The son of Zaheeruddin Qazi, a taxi driver in the Yavaymal area of Vidarbha region of Maharashtra, Azharuddin has scored 351 in the examination. Azharuddin's parents are not educated. His



father is non-matriculated and his mother Meraj has studied up to 10th.

One of his sisters has completed MBBS. His second brother is also an engineer and the third brother is a lawyer. Azharuddin graduate in commerce was elected as a probationary officer at the Corporation Bank where he has served for 6 years before applying for UPSC.
