Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra goes to different parts of country

Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is going on in different parts of the country. Under the Yatra, the Information, Education and Communication (IEC) Vans, with the aim to disseminate information and create awareness regarding the Central government’s flagship welfare programmes and policies, are reaching every corner of the country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Yatra on 15th of this month.

In Maharashtra, all stakeholders are making every efforts to make the yatra a success. The active participation of people from all walks of life can be witnessed after the launch of Vikasit



Bharat Sankalp Yatra in five districts of the state at initial stage. Yesterday, the Yatra was launched in Nagpur, Thane, Nashik, Sambhaji Nagar and Satara districts. 17 Central welfare schemes including Ujwala Yojana, Aushyaman Bharat, were displayed on the vehicle and pamphlets and brochures of schemes with information were distributes among the general public. 

People are approaching officials to know about the welfare schemes. They are also coming forward to share their experiences about the benefits of the various schemes.
