WhatsApp launches metro card recharge feature for Delhi Metro commuters

WhatsApp on Tuesday announced the metro card recharge feature for Delhi Metro commuters across Delhi NCR. Now, using the same ticketing and chatbot services, commuters can also access the metro card recharge service in both English and

Hindi language by sending 'Hi' to +91 96508 55800 or by scanning the QR code.

Within the chat window, users can now recharge their metro cards using their preferred payment methods (UPI, Debit, Credit Cards, etc.).
