Winter Session of Bihar State Legislature to begin today

Patna: In Bihar, the Winter Session of the state legislature will begin today. The five-day session of both the Houses will conclude on 10th November.  During the session, the Nitish Kumar led government will table the socio-economic data of recently held Caste Based Survey. The government will also table its second supplementary demand for the current financial year and seek to pass



it.

The Session is likely to be stormy as opposition BJP has raised the question on authenticity of the data of the Survey and the procedure adopted by the government in conducting it. BJP has said the deteriorating law and order situation, corruption and other issues will also be raised during the proceedings
