Yoga Mahotsav 2025 inaugurated to mark 100-day countdown to International Yoga Day

Union Ayush Minister Prataprao Jadhav yesterday inaugurated Yoga Mahotsav- 2025 in New Delhi, to mark the 100-day countdown to the 11th International Yoga Day, which will be held on 21st June across the globe. 

On the occasion, the Minister also announced that within 100 days ten significant events will be organised in different parts of the country. He added, that under these events, Yoga



Bandhan, a Yoga exchange program with 10 partner countries will be conducted. Mr Jadhav informed that the Yoga Sangam program will be organised at 10 thousand locations in the country.

Highlighting Yoga and its global impact, the Minister said that today 30 Crore people practise Yoga in the world. He added that Yoga has immensely benefited people.
