Leader of the Baloch Republican Party, Brahumdagh Bugti, has thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his statement on Baluchistan and requested India to raise the issue of human rights violations and systematic genocide by Pakistan army.
In a video message posted on his Facebook page, he sought India's support. Bugti said, Baloch people are struggling for their independence. He said, thousands of Baloch youths are tortured in the custody of the Pakistani security forces.

Modi thanked the people of Balochistan, the people of Gilgit, and the people of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir for the goodwill they have shown towards him.
Earlier on Friday, Mr Modi had also told an all-party meeting on Kashmir that the time has come that Pakistan shall have to answer to the world for the atrocities committed by it against people in Balochistan and PoK.
Brahumdagh Bugti is the leader of the Baloch rebels and is living in exile in Switzerland after his grandfather Akbar Bugti was killed by the Pakistani Army.
