The second session of the Budget session saw the House debate on the attacks against Indians living in the US. Speaking in the Lok Sabha, Leader of the Congress in the Lok Sabha, Mallikharjun Kharge said why the Modi government is silent on the issue and demanded the Prime Minister to make a statement today. “Why is the Modi government silent on the
attacks against Indian in the US? The Prime Minister tweets on every other issue, why doesn’t he talk on this issue? Why is he silent? He should make a statement today,” he said. Earlier, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh briefed the House on the Lucknow terror attack. The probe has been handed over to the National Investigation Agency, he said.
