June 08,2015 (Agency) : For allegedly tapping the phone calls of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, a Visakhapatnam based advocate NVV Prasad lodged a complaint on Sunday against Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. Stating that KCR violated basic rights of Chandrababu, Mr Prasad said that TRS leaders are deliberately spying on TDP leaders.On Sunday, an alleged conversation between Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and nominated MLA Elvis Stephenson was aired on TV Channels where the Chief Minister was heard assuring all the commitments to be



fulfilled.With the recording said to be a part of the Telugu Desam MLA A. Revanth Reddy cash-for-vote scam, more complaints were filed by Telugu Desam leaders against K Chandrasekhar Rao and Telangana government in various police stations of Vijayawada on Monday. Stating that the tapes are fake and are being used to degrade Chandrababu Naidu, Telugu Desam leaders from Bapatla in Guntur district and Ibrahimpatnam  Pamarru of Krishna district lodged complaints under the sections 166, 167, 170, 464 – offences of personating public servant, public servant framing incorrect documents and making false documents.
