NEW DELHI, February 5, 2015 (Agency) In a major reshuffle, several Joint Directors with the Central Bureau of Investigation were transferred on Wednesday.While the agency maintained that it was a routine transfer, the reshuffle was done after Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh summoned CBI Director Anil Sinha and Union Home Secretary Anil Goswami, who has since resigned, over allegations that the latter tried to stall the arrest of former Minister Matang Sinh.It is learnt that Prabodh Kumar, in-charge of investigations in several anti-corruption cases, has been transferred to the Banking



Services and Fraud unit.He has been replaced by Joint Director R.P. Agrawal.Joint Director Anurag Garg, who was earlier in the training division, has been given the charge of 2G Spectrum investigations replacing Ashok Tiwari, who has been transferred to the agency probing the conspiracy angle of the assassination of the former Prime Minister Rajiv GandhiWhile Rajeev Sharma has been transferred from the Banking Services and Fraud unit to the Economic Offences Zone-I, Joint Director (policy and media relations) R.S. Bhatti has been given additional charge of the Technical and Forensic unit.
