Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Monday left for Eastern nation of China for a 10-day sojourn and to address World Economic Forum Conclave at Dalian on September 9.
Aimed at fetching over Rs 50,000 crore investments from China, the Chief Minister, who left in a special flight from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad will interact with noted companies to rope in Telangana State. He will also portray to the Chinese companies and industries about investment opportunities, new industrial policy, hassle-free permissions in 11 days, abundant human and natural resources, land bank and official machinery.
During his trip, the Telangana Chief Minister will woo the Chinese government, business honchos, of industry bigwigs and entrepreneurs. KCR is likely to portray Telangana State’s strengths and priorities for welfare and development through flagship programs at global arena. Besides focusing on how he solved persistent power crisis and investing about Rs 91,000 crore to make Telangana a surplus State in power and steps being taken to complete the pending irrigation projects in Palamur, Nalgonda and other design change for projects like Pranahitha Chevella and getting national status to it are some of the issues that KCR may talk about.

Telangana Chief Minister to attract investments from Eastern nation which may improve bilateral relations. He may focus on to attract illustrious IT companies, industries and companies to rope in Telangana state as its capital – Hyderabad is to be transformed as smart city with global standards.
