Government would act on basis of SC verdict on Ram mandir issue The Lok Janshakti Party leader said there was no question of relations between his party and BJP souring over the issue as the government would act on basis of the apex court verdict. In the last two-and-half years of Modi's rule, the Prime Minister has not even once spoken about Ram Mandir, Babri Masjid, Common Uniform Civil Code and Article 370, among others.  Replying to a query, Paswan said Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi does not have the moral right to demand capping of taxation percentage in the GST Bill because they did not do anything on it during the decade-rule of the UPA. Asked whether the GST dilemma is spoiling the image of Modi or Congress, he said more than the image of Congress, the image of the country has taken a massive beating.  Paswan alleged that it was nothing but an attempt by the Congress to divert the attention from 'Startup India Standup India' initiative which benefits people including Dalits, farmers and poor people. The performance of JDU-RJD government has been worse as the crime graph in Bihar was rising with the killings of two engineers and a police official, in Darbhanga and Vaishali districts, respectively, Paswan alleged, adding it was nothing but "return of jungleraj in Bihar".  At the very beginning of the formation of the Nitish Kumar government, I had said that jungleraj will return with Lalu's alliance. Now with the killings of these officers, I say jungle raj has already arrived...Crime graph in Bihar is on the surge. The performance of this coalition government, hardly two months after its formation, has been worse," he said.
