Jun 11, 2015 (Agency) NEW DELHI: Delhi Police on Thursday raided a private institute in Delhi's Rohini Sector 8 in connection with the Jitender Tomar fake degree case.According to police, the institute is apparently part of a bigger racket involved in supplying of fake degrees.However, the institute owner fled from the premises after locking the gates.Meanwhile, on Thursday, a Delhi court rejected Tomar's bail



plea and deferred the hearing till June 16.Former Delhi law minister Jitender Singh Tomar was arrested on Tuesday over his alleged fake law degree. Later, a court here sent him to a 4-day police remand.Tomar, AAP's Tri Nagar MLA, was on Wednesday brought by police for gathering more evidence in the case.Jitender Singh Tomar claims to have a law degree from a University in Bihar which his rivals have alleged is fake.
