We are near 2021 now," Dhavalikar said.The PWD minister is the brother of cabinet minister Deepak Dhavalikar, who along with his wife Lata, had maintained that women adopting Western culture were prone to rape.Sudin Dhavalikar had last year demanded a ban on bikinis in Goa, saying it was against Indian culture.-
