Hyderabad, January 07, 2015 (Agencies) Chief minister K ChandrasekharRao said the government would soon convene a meeting with all the legislators from the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation for the relocation of industries. In order to ease traffic and make Hyderabad a world-class city, the State government is actively thinking for relocation of the industries from within the city limits to the outskirts, so that such problem will not arise in future,” Industries Minister Jupally Krishna Rao said here on
Tuesday.
If such a move does turn into reality, then the industrial development areas within the city limits can be converted into real estate providing a lot of revenue for the state.
S Niranjan Reddy, Vice-Chairman of Telangana Planning Board, convened a meeting with the representatives of industry associations and industrial area associations to discuss on various matters.
