HC rejects Centre's plea on adjournment of petition on President's rule in Uttarakhand

Uttarakhand High Court has rejected Centre's plea for adjournment of hearing on the petition challenging imposition of President's rule in the state. 

HC also said it won't deal with the budget appropriation issue till



Centre files its response. Uttrakhand is under Presiden'ts rule since March 27th. Congress government in the state is facing dissent as some of its MLAs have joined BJP seeking dismissal of the Harish Rawat government.
