Larnaca (Cyprus): External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar has said that India's relations with China are not normal and the country will not agree to any attempt to change the line of actual control unilaterally.
He said, the country is facing challenges on its borders and these challenges have intensified during the Covid period. He stated this while interacting with the Indian Community at Larnaca in Cyprus yesterday, December 30.
On the national security issues, Dr. S Jaishankar said, there is no
compromise on the core issues. He said, India will never allow terrorism to force it to the negotiating table. He said, India wants good neighbourly relations with everybody but good neighbourly relations do not mean excusing and looking away or rationalizing terrorism.
On the country's growing stature in the world, Dr. Jaishankar said, there are lots of expectations from India and now the country is seen as a strong economy, independent and which can solve the problems of the world.
