Indian Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi Arrives In Dhaka On Four-Day Official Visit

The Chief of Naval Staff, Admiral Dinesh Kumar Tripathi arrived in Dhaka on a four-day official visit to Bangladesh. In a press release, the Defence Ministry said, the visit is aimed at consolidating bilateral relations and exploring new avenues for Naval cooperation between the two countries. 

Admiral Tripathi is scheduled to hold discussions with his counterpart Admiral M



Nazmul Hassan. He will also meet  Bangladesh’s Chief of the Army Staff and Chief of the Air Staff. Admiral Tripathi will review the Passing Out Parade of Bangladesh Naval Academy at Chittagong on Thursday.

In a related development, Indian Navy Destroyer INS Ranvir arrived in Chattogram yesterday on a week-long goodwill visit.
