ISRO's Antrix Corporation bags 30 orders for the launch of foreign satellites

Indian Space Research Organisation, ISRO's commercial arm Antrix Corporation has bagged almost 30 orders for the launch of foreign satellites. ISRO Chairman AS Kiran Kumar said that these satellites belonging to 8 countries would be launched in next two to three



years.

He said, ISRO is working on increasing its capabilities on critical technologies. Mr Kumar added that ISRO is planning to launch next generation launch vehicle GSLV Mk-III with indigenous cryogenic upper stage technology by December 2016.
