January 14,2015 Agences : Congress Legislature Party deputy leader in the Assembly T Jeevan Reddy on Tuesday alleged that K Chandrashekar Rao had failed to perform as the Chief Minister of Telangana. Speaking to media persons on the Assembly premises here, Jeevan Reddy accused Rao of not being serious about his responsibilities as the Chief Minister.Instead of resolving problems being faced by the people, he was enjoying tours, Reddy said. After Singapore mania, Rao was now trying to mislead people with his three-day tour of Warangal district, he alleged. He said the Chief Minister was trying to draw maximum publicity

while ignoring the real development of Telangana. Jeevan Reddy said denial of appointment by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Chandrashekar Rao was an insult for the entire State of Telangana. The Chief Minister failed to prove his might and could not even meet the Prime Minister or even the Union Energy Minister during his last visit to the national capital. The Congress leader said the Telangana State was being denied its share of power and water by the Andhra Pradesh government. Instead of bringing Telangana’s share by all means, Rao had confined himself to giving statements against his AP counterpart N Chandrababu Naidu.
