NEW DELHI, February 13, 2015 (Agency)  Delhi Chief Minister-designate Arvind Kejriwal on Friday condemned the attack on a Christian school in south Delhi’s Vasant Vihar area.Holy Child Auxilium School was allegedly vandalised on Thursday night, after which the institution has been shut down on Friday.“I strongly condemn the attack on Holy Child Auxilium School. These kind of acts will not be tolerated,’’ Mr. Kejriwal said.According to the preliminary report emerging after the incident, the Delhi Police claim that this could be a case of theft (CCTV wires cut and some money has been stolen).Senior church officials speaking about the attack (sixth in three



months) on Christian establishments in Delhi said: “It seems the attack happened around 3 am. Two men allegedly entered the school premises and destroyed the CCTV and then proceeded to ransack the principal’s office. No one has been injured in the incident.’’Union HRD Minister Smriti Irani, a former student of the school, is expected to visit the institution.“We will not tolerate such blatant attacks on our children and religious places,’’ said a senior church official.The students have been given a holiday after the incident came to light.Meanwhile, as per data released by the Delhi Police, at least nine churches have been attacked between 2012-2014.
