Narendra Modi will address a Parivartan rally in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh
today,this will be the fourth Parivartan rally of the Prime Minister in Uttar
Pradesh, first being in Ghazipur, second in Agra and the third in Kushinagar.
The BJP's parivartan yatra, which started from four corners of UP was flagged
off by party president Amit Shah at Saharanpur on November 5.

began from Saharanpur, will reach Moradabad today and will stay there for
two-days before leaving for Rampur. After travelling all 403 assembly
constituencies, the four yatras will culminate on December 24 in Lucknow. The
state will go to polls early next year. Security has been tightened around the
rally ground. Security personnel have already been deployed with SPG sleuths
taking control of the ground.
