Hyderabad: As many as 1,688 Haj pilgrims returned back to Hyderabad after performing Haj 2015.
The air India Haj Chartered flights carried the pilgrims from the sacred city of Madeena, KSA. At the Haj Terminal of Rajiv Gandhi International Airport Special Officer Telangana State Haj Committee Prof. S A. Shukoor received the Hajis. He said that in all, 12 seats in five flights were vacant – five due to death of pilgrims
and remaining seven were early returnees.
He said that in view of Friday, special arrangements have been made for Friday prayers both inside of the Haj Terminal and outside the Haj Terminal, as the seventh flight is scheduled to arrive at 2:35 pm. The prayer timings will be 3:15 pm.
On Friday, two more flights carrying Haj pilgrims will land at the RGI Airport, Shamshabad.
