Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh has said, Government has finalised a plan to complete soon the fencing of India's border with Bangladesh to control infiltration from across the border. Addressing a public rally at Ashoke Nagar in North 24-Parganas district of West Bengal yesterday, Mr. Singh said the minorities of Bangladesh who were coming to India fearing persecution would be given citizenship in future as well.



10pt;">Assuring people to stop infiltration and secure the Indo-Bangladesh border, he informed, Government has already finalised a plan of putting up fencing and flood lights.

Singh mentioned, India has established good relations with Bangladesh through exchange of enclaves. Whether it's a case of fake currency or cow smuggling or extradition of criminals, Bangladesh is helping India a lot in many ways, added Mr. Singh.
