Rahul Gandhi to tour Telangana in May

Hyderabad April 22,2015 (Agencies) : In May, Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi will be taking part in the Rytu Sandesh Yatra that is being organized in Telangana Districts by the Telangana Congress leaders.Stating that the Congress Vice-President assured to visit Telangana, Senior Congress MP V. Hanumantha Rao on said that the reasons behind his visit is TRS government’s open support to the Land Amendment Act established by the NDA and Central



governments’ failure on farmers suicide in the state; to come to their aid.Discussing various issues apart from inviting Rahul Gandhi to a tour in Telangana, TPCC working president Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka on Tuesday met him in Delhi and said that Mr Gandhi has agreed to participate in programmes related to farmers in Telangana.Mr Vikramarka added that he also discussed ways to strengthen Congress from the basic level in Telangana with Rahul Gandhi.
