Hyderabad: The historic Rashtrapathi Nilayam at Bolarum in Secunderabad will be kept open for seven days for general public from Monday to July 19 between 10 am and 5 pm. The public are requested to enter the summer home of the President of India through Gate-2 and exist from Gate No-1.
They should obtain visitor passes for the entry and surrender
them while leaving the premises. The public will be allowed to go around the herbal gardens on the campus, visit ‘Nakshatra Vatika’ besides the public hall in the main building, according to an official communiqué. It may be noted that President Pranab Mukherjee, during his 10-day southern sojourn, inaugurated the ‘Nakshatra Vatika’ recently.
