Restrictions under Sec 144 remain in force in Kashmir Valley

In Jammu and Kashmir, restrictions under Section 144 remain in force in South and North Kashmir districts, with curfew-like restrictions still in place in old Srinagar city.

On Friday,



clashes between protestors and security personnel were reported from Srinagar, South, North and Central Kashmir. Police and paramilitary personnel have been deployed to maintain law and order.
