The Supreme Court will today hear the Babri Masjid demolition case, involving senior BJP leaders LK Advani, Murali Manohar Joshi and Uma Bharti. The court will hear CBI's plea against the Allahabad High Court order dropping criminal conspiracy charges against them in the case.
A bench, headed by Justice PC Ghose, had yesterday
adjourned the hearing saying that an appropriate bench, comprising him and Justice RF Nariman, will hear the case today. Justice Nariman was not present in the court yesterday.
