External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has reached Madrid, capital of Spain in the third and final leg of her three-nation tour including Bulgaria and Morocco.
Interacting with the Indian community in Spain, Ms Swaraj said meeting our own away from home is an important element of her programme. She thanked the community for their contribution in diverse fields and promoting India-Spain relations.
External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said in a tweet that Ms Swaraj will have a bilateral meeting with her Spanish counterpart.
On the second leg of her tour to Morocco, four MoUs were
signed following the delegation-level talks between Ms Swaraj and her Moroccan counterpart Nasser Bourita in Rabat.
Briefing media persons after the meeting, Ms Swaraj said, the MoUs include setting up of Joint Working Group on Counter Terrorism, Cooperation in Housing and Human Settlement, Reciprocal facilitation of procedures for issue of Business Visa and Cooperation in Youth Matters.
Ms Swaraj reached Rabat on her maiden visit to Morocco from Bulgaria on Monday. She had a meeting with Prime Minister of Morocco Saadeddine Othmani.
