Hyderabad, March 11, 2015 (Agencies) The Telangana finance minister submitted his first full budget for Telangana State in T Assembly today.
Telangana State non-plan expenditure put at Rs.63,850 cr and planned spending at Rs. 52,283 cr

Total Telangana budget outlay Rs 1,15,689 crore
TS Finance Minister says budget surplus is Rs. 531 cr
Rs. 1,105 crore for minority welfare
Rs. 2,421 crore for rural roads
Rs. 4,000 crore for Aasara pension scheme
Rs. 22,889 crore allocated for salaries
Rs. 8,432 crore for agriculture and allied sectors
Rs. 2,200 crore allocated for food subsidy
Rs. 4,250 cr earmarked for second instalment of farm loan waiver
Rs. 8,500 cr for irrigation sector
Ambitious Mission Kakatiya gets Rs. 2,083 crore
Rs. 1,600 cr for flyovers
Rs. 4,980 crore for roads & buildings
Rs. 2,172 for BC welfare, Rs. 11,216 for education
Rs. 7,400 cr for energy sector Rs. 4,932 for health
Rs. 8,089 cr for SC Sub-Plan, Rs. 5,036 cr for ST Sub-Plan
Rs. 1,000 cr for drinking water to Hyderabad
Rs. 416 crore for metro rail in Hyderabad
Rs. 1,000 cr for 3 acres land to dalits
Rs.526 cr for GHMC, Rs.100 cr for Yadagirigutta
Rs. 2.878 cr for ST development
Rs. 5,540 cr for SC development in Telangana
Central Taxes share of TS Rs 12,823 crore
