Hyderabad, December 15, 2014 (Agencies) Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao will expand his Council of Ministers on December 16 at 11 AM at a ceremony to be held at Raj Bhavan, confirmed a press release from the Chief Minster's Office on Saturday.

Earlier, the Chief Minister called on Governor ESL Narasimhan at Raj Bhavan and informed him about his decision to expand the cabinet. According to sources, the Chief Minister is likely to induct six new ministers into his cabinet and their names have reportedly been forwarded to the Governor. Surekha (Waranagal) A Indrasena Reddy (Adilabad), Juppali Krishna rao (Mahabubnagar), Ajmeera Chandulal (Waranagal). Sanathnagar MLA Talasani Srinivas Yadav, who had recently defected to TRS from TDP, is also expecting a berth in the cabinet.

Meanwhile, the Chief Minister appointed Dharmapuri MLA Koppula Eshwar as the TRS Legislature Party's Chief Whip while legislators Gampa Goverdhan (Kamareddy), Gongadi Sunitha Mahendar Reddy (Aler) and Nallala Odelu (Chennur) have appointed as Whips. While four to six MPs will be appointed as Parliamentary Secretariat, five or six MLAs would be given nominated posts of Chairman.
