Vanzara accuses Gujarat govt of treachery and treason
AHMEDABAD May 8, 2015 (Agency)  Retired DIG DG Vanzara has demanded promotions for fellow fake encounters accused cops reinstated in service after their release on bail. and Ishrat Jahan fake encounters, seems to be provoked by denial of promotions and supersession of ADGP P P Pandey by Geetha Johri to the rank of DGP. Charges were dropped against Johri in the Sohrabuddin case.Vanzara had written a caustic letter to the state government in September 2013 in which he had targeted co-accused and BJP chief Amit Shah, who was discharged by CBI court in Mumbai.In his second letter addressed to additional chief secretary GR Aloria, Vanzara said: "When judiciary is doing justice to us, Rajasthan government is also doing justice, why Gujarat government lags behind."
