We values the insights given by UN Secretary-General António Guterres on UNSC reform, Ukraine conflict, says EAM S Jaishankar

New York: External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar said that he valued the insights given by United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres on United Nations Security Council (UNSC) reform and Ukraine conflict. In a tweet, Dr Jaishankar said that they both had exchanged views on working together during India’s G20 Presidency during a meeting in New York.

Dr Jaishankar also met Culture and Youth Minister of United Arab Emirates, Noura Al Kaabi, and thanked her



for extending support towards India’s permanent membership at the UNSC.

Reviewing India's growing bilateral cooperation with Armenia, Dr Jaishankar discussed ways of taking it forward with Foreign Affairs Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan.

Dr Jaishankar also held a meeting with Polish Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs Wojciech Gerwel and exchanged views on the Ukraine conflict and its ramifications.
